Yes, if you select a recurring domestic clean, we'll match you with cleaners who can come to you on a recurring basis. If they're ever away, we will ensure to provide a suitable temporary cleaner.

For domestic cleaning, you can cancel or reschedule one or all your cleans anytime until 8pm the day before without incurring any charge. For business cleaning, service scope and timelines are agreed in advance.
