Products & Equipment

For standard cleaning, we are happy to use your own cleaning products and equipment, and prices are set on this basis. For added convenience, we can supply all equipment if required, with pricing adjusted accordingly.

• Dusting and wiping all accessible surfaces

• Kitchen worktops, sink and appliance exteriors

• Bathroom cleaning including bath/shower, toilet and sink

• Vacuuming carpets and rugs

Cleaning frequency

For ongoing support, we can arrange regular visits. Cleaning frequency and scope of work can be discussed to suit you, and prices adjusted accordingly.

Our deep cleaning service offers a comprehensive clean for homes needing more than routine maintenance, including before move-ins or after extended periods without cleaning.

• Inside kitchen appliances, including oven, fridge, and microwave

• Inside cupboards and drawers, where accessible

• Detailed cleaning of skirting boards, door frames, switches, and handles

• Bathroom descaling, including tiles, grout, taps, and shower screens

• Removal of built-up dirt, grease, and limescale

• Detailed attention to hard-to-reach areas and behind/under appliances where accessible

This service is a thorough clean designed to meet landlord and letting-agent standards. Our end-of-tenancy cleans are typically completed by a team of two professional cleaners to ensure the property is cleaned efficiently in one visit.

For an end-of-tenancy clean, we bring our supply of professional-grade cleaning equipment and products, which are included in the prices stated below.

• Full deep clean of all rooms to an end-of-tenancy standard

• Inside all built-in cupboards, wardrobes, and appliances

• Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned to end-of-tenancy standard

• Skirting boards, doors, frames, and switches

• All floors vacuumed and mopped

• Inside windows, sills & frames cleaned

This service does not include add-ons such as professional carpet washing, drying, specialist stain or mould treatment unless booked separately. Please refer to our range of optional add-on services. We are also happy to tailor the service to your individual needs, with pricing adjusted as required.

Carpet cleaning services are priced based on the number of bedrooms, box rooms, reception rooms, and stairs within the property.
